…14 sacks of horse manure!

There is a farm on the edge of Coventry where I go to get my eggs, wild bird food and, best of all, horse muck. They have it ready in bags, all I have to do is to load it in my car. And that’s exactly what I did today – all of 14 sacks. Amazing what you can fit into a small-ish car if you really want to.

All the sacks have now gone – composter bins are full and some of the manure is on the rhubarb patch and between the raspberries. A number of the sacks also filled large holes where I will grow my pumpkins.
