My squashes and courgettes come in all manner of shapes, sizes and  colours.

All of them are tasty and some of them will reach an amazing size – watch this space!

  1. Pattypan squashes (in Hungary we use the French name for it “patisson”) we also pickle – when they are quite young and small – in sweet vinegar.
    Beautiful shapes and colours! I would like to make a still life painting of them if I could paint.
