THE DARK INSIDE

The Dark Inside takes us back to 1946, very soon after the Second World War, where the returning GIs are mingling with the townsfolk in Texarkana. The journalist Charlie Yates didn’t serve in the war, a very sore point, and this has also had an effect on his marriage, work and future.

Reynold’s first book, this is a compelling read and I very much hope it is not his last. Can’t say any more – you just have to read it!
