I always wanted to have either an orange or a lemon tree in my garden – reading Helena Attlee’s book was the next best thing.

As you turn the pages you can almost smell the wonderful scent of the flowers and taste the sweet oranges or the sharp lemons.

That is not the only good thing about this book – it takes you through the regions of Italy, tells you about the different citrus trees that grow there and gives you interesting titbits, like all about the history of marmalade making, essential oils and other recipes too many to mention.

It is a ‘must read’ book!
