Today I had something nice to look forward to – the delivery of my order from Walcot nursery. It was an apple tree – Lord Lambourne and a couple of chucklebrry bushes. I had everything ready on the farm, a new space for the apple tree and a new fruit cage for the two bushes.

There was exactly enough space for the bushes, all I have to do now is to fit the new pea net door, but it was just too breezy today. A little job for another day.

The apple tree is in a nice spot, enough room for it to get as big as it can. Looking forward to some tasty apples now.
