As it is only February and I’ve got everything done on the allotment, I have time to indulge in my other activity – making blankets. i Made a number of them for my friends and also for myself and Frank. But there is time to make another so after visiting my friend Judith I started on another blanket. I already have the material for lining it, that means just 130 squares and job will be done.

They might look old-fashioned but they’re cosy….
