I’ve been waiting for the appearance of Seville oranges in the shops, as I never use any other oranges for making my marmalade. The problem is that they appear only in January or February – that means a mass production while they are in the shops.
I managed to buy 3kg of these strange oranges yesterday
and today we have the first batch of marmalade.
The recipe is from my favourite recipe collection, The preserving book. I have tried other recipes in the past but I have been using this book for almost everything for a good few years. The marmalade is the best from this book.
